It is the farmer's responsibility to assure that the correct application recommendation is used and that the correct dosage is mixed and applied per litre or per hectare.
Lambrechts Aviation does not take responsibility of losses or consequential losses due to the application of the above ordered work. It remains the responsibility of the farmer to assure that all conditions are within the parameters of effective and legal aerial application to remove all risks induced by the ordered application.
